Barney's Buns LLC is a Florida Cottage Food Operation. In accordance with Florida Cottage Food laws, all products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not subject to Florida's food safety regulations.
Shipping Area
At this time, Barney's Buns only ships within the State of Florida. Orders placed for delivery outside of Florida will be canceled and refunded.
Processing Time
Most orders are prepared fresh and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier service selected. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, Barney's Buns cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.
Freshness
All baked goods are made fresh to order whenever possible. For best quality and flavor, customers should consume products promptly upon receipt or follow any storage instructions provided.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Barney's Buns is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, customers should contact the carrier directly. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with claims when possible.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the situation.
